Ol3n is built and operated by Obuaba Ltd. Our belief is simple: every school — well-resourced or not — should run on software this good, and no child’s potential should go unseen for lack of a system to notice it.
Why we built Ol3n
Schools were being sold a folder of disconnected tools — one app for fees, another for results, a spreadsheet for attendance, a WhatsApp group for parents. Nothing talked to anything else, and the child at the centre was invisible.
We set out to build one connected platform instead: admissions to alumni, gate to report card, the classroom to the parent’s phone — with the student profile as the thing every module feeds and every teacher can see.
And we removed the barrier that keeps the best tools out of most schools: cost. The school pays nothing. A small, transparent per-student fee each semester funds the whole platform, so a village school and a city school get exactly the same system.

Arkesel SMS. Mobile Money and card payments through Paystack. The cedi throughout. Region and district data, BECE-style grading, and an academic structure you configure — crèche through SHS, day or boarding.
